Zatím jsme nezažili koncert The Gripes, který by nás nezanechal absolutně vyčerpané a rozdýchané, ale zároveň plné nadšení a touhy po dalším hraní. Hrajeme energický punk-rock, někdy s prvky funku, a nebojíme se zpívat i o osobních tématech. Původní členové kapely se seznámili na střední škole a od té doby naše show nikdy nekončí. Jsme velmi mezinárodní – pocházíme z Anglie, Austrálie i Turecka. Naší největší inspirací jsou kapely The Chats, The Stooges a The White Stripes. Těšíme se na vás!

We’ve never experienced a The Gripes concert that didn’t leave us completely exhausted and out of breath, yet full of excitement and eagerness for the next show. We play energetic punk rock, sometimes with funk influences, and we’re not afraid to sing about personal life as well. The original band members met in high school, and since then our show has never ended. We are very international – coming from England, Australia, and Turkey. Our biggest inspirations are The Chats, The Stooges, and The White Stripes. We look forward to seeing you!
